1. Acceptance
By using the Xtra-Dev website (xtra-dev.com), client portal, or any related service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
2. Provider
The service is provided by Wyxloop Corp, operating as Xtra-Dev. Contact: contact@xtra-dev.com.
3. Account access
Workspace accounts are invitation-only. We do not offer public self-registration. Each invited user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential, enabling MFA where required, and notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls.
- Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Do not use the service to send unsolicited communications.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or perform automated actions outside documented APIs.
We may suspend access for any account that violates these rules, with or without prior notice.
5. Project work and proposals
Inquiries submitted through the contact form do not constitute a contract. Paid project work is governed by a separate Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement signed by both parties, which controls deliverables, fees, IP ownership, and warranties.
6. Fees and billing
Where the service includes paid features, fees, billing cycle, and refund policy are defined in the applicable order or invoice. Late payments may incur reasonable interest and suspension of service.
7. Intellectual property
The Xtra-Dev brand, website, software, and documentation are the property of Wyxloop Corp. Project deliverables are licensed or assigned per the applicable Statement of Work. You retain ownership of content and data you submit; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
8. Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share as confidential and use it only to deliver the service. We expect the same of any non-public information we share with you.
9. Service availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We perform routine maintenance and may make changes to the service without prior notice when the changes are not materially adverse to paying customers.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us from third-party claims arising out of your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected security risk, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, confidentiality, liability, indemnity) survive termination.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Wyxloop Corp is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes affecting account holders will be announced by email. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date.
